Litigation
Mark brings and defends cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts, conducts arbitration proceedings, and represents clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
His cases include employment discrimination, sexual harassment, employment contract disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, and benefits disputes. He also handles general business litigation.
Employment Agreements
Mark represents executives and professionals in the negotiation of employment contracts, and in the negotiation of severance agreements at the end of an employment relationship. He handles the negotiations directly, or advises clients who are negotiating for themselves.
Client Counseling
It is the heart of good lawyering. We educate clients about their legal rights, and help them use the available law to seek creative solutions to employment and other problems.
